Step 1: Consultation
Complimentary Initial Consultation
We begin with a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your project’s scope, vision, budget, and timeline. This session is available for new home designs, whole-home remodels, kitchen remodels, and interior design projects.
For qualifying projects*, we offer an In-Depth Design Consultation at no additional cost.
Non-qualifying projects can opt for Design Consulting at an hourly rate ($1,000 minimum).
Qualifying Project Minimum Budgets:
- New Home Design: $2,500,000+
- Remodel: $1,000,000+
- Interior Design: $100,000+
- Kitchen Remodel: $180,000+
Step 2: Design Phase 1
Schematic Design
The creative process begins with conceptual design, where we explore layouts, spatial flow, and aesthetic direction.
- Presentation of initial conceptual design for client review
- Critical evaluation and refinement of design details
- Creation of *3D renderings to bring the vision to life (*optional, for additional cost)
- Iterative design meetings until perfection is achieved
Step 3: Design Phase 2 Construction Documents
Once the design is approved, we develop detailed technical drawings and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Presentation of Preliminary Construction Budget
- Coordination with Truss Engineering
- Collaboration with Structural Engineering
- Preparation of sealed plans for permitting
